SansVaxWork is created as an organisation that seeks to help workers, employers and businesses find each other. Its underlying motivation is to balance the imbalance, right the wrong that is created by groups that mandate 'no jab - no job' policies. This is where the politics end. SansVaxWork would focus on helping people put their livelihoods back together by connecting them with employers and businesses that don't discriminate.
For the Job Seeker - SansVaxWork will connect you either directly to an employer or business if they have openings. You may also be connected to recruitment agencies were applicable. You may have been dismissed by a current employer due to no-jab-no-job. Or you could be someone planning to change jobs to find an employer who does not discriminate.
For the Employers - You are an employer who will employ people based on merit, and does not implement vaccine-based policies. If the employee that you plan to hire through SansVaxWork was previously dismissed due to vaccine policies, you may have a discount on the recruitment / finder's fee.

For Businesses - If you are a business that accepts all people, irrespective of vaccine status, then you are welcome to advertise with SansVaxWork at a discount. You will be helping by providing goods and services to those who are discriminated, at the same time increasing your customer base.
